Shipping Policy
Our dispatching time is 2-3 working days - for large order it can be longer (please contact us for accurate ETA). If you want us to prioritise your order and get it to you before a specific date, we can do that but please contact us.
Return & Refund
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. After this period, unfortunately, we won't be able to process any returns.
Eligibility for Return:
The product should be in its original condition and packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included in the return package.
The item should not have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b) Once you receive the return authorization, securely package the item with all its components to prevent damage during transit.
