Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. After this period, unfortunately, we won't be able to process any returns.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The product should be in its original condition and packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included in the return package.
  • The item should not have been used, installed, or altered in any way.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a) Contact our customer support team at to request a return authorization.
b) Once you receive the return authorization, securely package the item with all its components to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Cost:

If the item is being returned due to a change of mind or if it does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 2, the buyer will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a return label, and the return shipping cost will be covered by Industrial Maestros.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature, including but not limited to:

  • Clearance or sale items.

Exchange Policy:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement for an item, please follow the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
