Shipping policy

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Standard Orders: Typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom Orders: If you request modifications to an existing design, please allow an additional 3 business days for adjustments before the item is shipped.

  • Large Orders: Processing may take longer; the company recommends contacting them directly for an accurate ETA.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (UK): Standard shipping is Free for all UK orders.

  • International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the package.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders (including those to the EU), customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their local regulations.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its status.

  • Carriers: They utilize trusted couriers for worldwide delivery.

  • Multiple Items: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together or in separate packages depending on the size and stock availability.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the event that an item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, Industrial Maestro requests that you contact their customer support team immediately. They generally offer a replacement or a resolution for shipping incidents reported promptly (typically within 48 hours to 7 days depending on the specific claim).


Tip: If you have made a mistake in your delivery address, call or email them as soon as possible. Once an item has left their workshop, they are unable to amend the shipping address.
